Since the passing of our motion, the City has set net-zero corporate and community greenhouse gas reduction targets, launched the Better Homes loan program to support residential energy efficiency retrofits, and completed a climate change vulnerability assessment, with a climate resilience strategy underway. We've worked toward the City divesting from fossil fuels in the Hydro Ottawa endowment, and setting up a revolving fund for the implementation of Energy Evolution, the City's energy transition strategy
