Bank Street Canal Bridge re-design was approved last year. Work began on the underside of the bridge this year, and next year the full re-design will be implemented. Working with residents, we were able to get bike lanes and wider sidewalks approved for the bridge. The last two years we have also been able to secure the outer two lanes of the bridge for active transportation during the spring-summer months.
